James and Annie Anderson

We visited your shop as a family during February 2011 in our search for a reconditioned Yamaha. James was extremely patient with both boys allowing our 10 yr old son Alex to try out various pianos. We were impressed by your skill, knowledge and advice, and after visiting many establishments both locally and much further afield, decided to purchase our beloved U3H 2480051 from Little & Lampert on 10th March 2011.

This acquisition made an immediate impact on our son who improved immediately and now, aged just 14 is winning every competition he has entered. He has just finished his grade 5 exams again with distinction.  Our 9 year old Christian also grade 1 with distinction. Both are performers and play locally at every opportunity. They also play woodwind instruments for the school orchestra. They are local tennis champions and excel in all sports, we have trophies everywhere but piano is paramount.

The reason for this letter is to emphasize how glad we were to be persuaded to buy such a wonderful instrument, which is so respected by our boys, and plays as well today as it ever has. Alex once wrote in a school essay that his life would be unimaginable without his piano. This has to be the best money we have ever spent!!

We are so proud of our boys and often refer to our visit to your shop and the lasting influence James had on Alex. He isn't Rick Wakeman but, well maybe one day!

Many thanks to you both.  If you wish to use this letter or extracts from it please feel free to do so.
