Hello, I bought a U3 from you a few years ago, and it has been a really wonderful instrument. Your reconditioning was of the very highest standard. It replaced an old Steinway upright, which it wasn't worth spending the money renovating, though it still had a good strong tone - and the U3 is a real musical instrument, by comparison! I thought I was replacing the Steinway with the Yamaha out of financial prudence, as the renovated Steinway would not nearly have recovered the money which needed to be spent on it - but the Yamaha is just a very much better instrument all round. I have it in my flat in the Barbican, in central London, which has under-floor heating, which I was worried about, yet the piano has survived really well.
